Consequently, the shipping guidelines provided on our website are not guarantees of a specific shipping or arrival date.
Please note that we are unable to guarantee the exact time of delivery, as this is determined by the local carrier. Most carriers typically deliver packages between 8 am and 10 pm. For time-sensitive events, we recommend placing your order well in advance and scheduling it to arrive at least 2 days prior to the event.
To account for potential high package volumes during peak periods, including holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, we may opt to ship your order earlier than anticipated to ensure its timely arrival. We reserve the right to adjust the scheduled delivery of your order, either earlier or later than estimated, based on operational conditions, in order to prevent delays.
We cannot be held responsible for delays in transit caused by factors such as high package volume, adverse weather conditions, mechanical issues, labor strikes, natural disasters, safety control measures, mis-scans by the local carrier, or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information. Additionally, we do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. The decision to leave a package at a specific address is solely at the discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore beyond our control.

All packages are shipped exclusively via UPS or FedEx, which means we cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
