Please understand that we are unable to offer refunds for orders damaged beyond our control, such as those affected by carrier delays or extreme temperatures outdoors or within carrier facilities. We take great pride in the quality of our products and make every effort to ensure they are delivered in excellent condition on the requested delivery date.

While we take numerous precautions to minimize the risks associated with shipping food across the country, there are certain factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and transit delays once the package is in the possession of FedEx or UPS. Consequently, the shipping guidelines provided on our website are not guarantees of a specific shipping or arrival date.

Please note that we are unable to guarantee the exact time of delivery, as this is determined by the local carrier. Most carriers typically deliver packages between 8 am and 10 pm. For time-sensitive events, we recommend placing your order well in advance and scheduling it to arrive at least 2 days prior to the event.

To account for potential high package volumes during peak periods, including holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, we may opt to ship your order earlier than anticipated to ensure its timely arrival. We reserve the right to adjust the scheduled delivery of your order, either earlier or later than estimated, based on operational conditions, in order to prevent delays.

We cannot be held responsible for delays in transit caused by factors such as high package volume, adverse weather conditions, mechanical issues, labor strikes, natural disasters, safety control measures, mis-scans by the local carrier, or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information. Additionally, we do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. The decision to leave a package at a specific address is solely at the discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore beyond our control.

Please be aware that once an order has been shipped or has entered the fulfillment process, we are unable to accommodate returns, refunds, or cancellations.

All packages are shipped exclusively via UPS or FedEx, which means we cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

To serve the cookies, follow these steps for both the oven and microwave options. For the oven, start by preheating it to 350°F. Then, remove the cookies from the plastic wrap and place them in the oven. Let them heat for approximately 3-5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

If using a microwave, begin by removing the cookies from the plastic wrap. Heat them in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds. Serve and enjoy!
